Samus in inferno

For a long time I've wanted to do a drawing like this one.
I was inspired by super metroid and the themes of lower norfair/brinstar and overgrown with vegetation.
I thought about Samus's solitude, lost on a planet where almost everything wants to kill her, going deeper in deeper in hot, dangerous caverns.
Talking about the drawing itself, it's the second drawing made on photoshop with only two layers, samus and the background, using different types of brushes. A good training on environments, which is something I've almost never done before (and I suck at doing them, same for hands).
